The mouse model of L783 lymphocytic leukemia was used as a model to transfuse Tc cells specific for L783 leukemia cells and to observe the inherited immunotherapy effect on leukemic mice. The results showed that the transfer of specific Tc cells at 6 and 24 hours after inoculation of L783 leukemia cells showed significant therapeutic effects on early leukemia mice, and mice in the experimental group were protected and survived for a long time (>6 days). No obvious effect was observed in the treatment of mice with advanced leukemia by transfusion of specific Tc cells alone on the fifth day after inoculation of L783 leukemia cells; the survival time of advanced leukemia mice was transmitted by combined chemotherapy (harringtonine) transfusion of Tc cells. Significantly prolonged, compared with the survival time of mice in the control group and the chemotherapy alone group, there was a significant difference (P<0.01).
