由于采矿强度提高,一次爆破的起爆元件数大大增加,因而起爆网路的可靠性已成为特别重要的问题。起爆网路的可靠性是用概率来定义和量度的,并可以通过其最小分支来考察。最小分支的可靠度可用数学模型方法求得,称为它的设计可靠度Rd。其实际可靠度Rp除了取决于Rd外,还受网路实施全过程许多偶然因素的影响;而用本文给出的简单方法,根据5~10次爆破的实际资料即可确定它的平均值。对不同方案之Rp的平均值作比较并考虑经济等因素,即可对它们的可靠性作出评价。
Due to the increase of mining intensity, the number of detonating elements of a blasting greatly increases, so the reliability of detonating network has become a particularly important issue. The reliability of the detonating network is defined and measured by probability and can be examined by its smallest branch. The reliability of the smallest branch can be obtained using the mathematical model method, known as its design reliability Rd. Its actual reliability Rp is affected by many contingencies of the whole process of network implementation besides Rd, but its average value can be determined according to the actual data of 5 to 10 blasting by the simple method given in this paper. The reliability of these programs can be evaluated by comparing the average Rp for different programs and considering economic factors.
