五十年代末、六十年代初,苏联为了发展航天工业,曾设计制造了第一批超高压液压机,系统采用将增压器置于工作缸内的内置式增压器,单位工作压力达800~1000kgf/cm~2,最高达1200~1300kgf/cm~2。本文介绍该系统产生的问题,以及新近所做的一些改进。超高压水压机是发展航天工业所必需的设备,该文将为大型水压机设计师们所注目,从中可以了解苏联近期液压系统发展的一般状况。
In the late 1950s and early 1960s, in order to develop the aerospace industry, the Soviet Union designed and manufactured the first batch of ultra-high pressure hydraulic machines. The system adopted an in-built supercharger with a supercharger inside the working cylinder. The unit working pressure was 800 ~ 1000kgf / cm ~ 2, up to 1200 ~ 1300kgf / cm ~ 2. This article describes the problems that the system creates and some recent improvements. EHV hydraulics are the necessary equipment for the development of the aerospace industry and will draw attention to the designers of large hydraulics who will be able to understand the general state of recent developments in the hydraulic system in the Soviet Union.
