跟岗实训不同于顶岗实习,是指在学生在校期间完成了一定知识学习与技能培训后,按照专业培养目标与人才培养方案由职业学校统一组织到相关企业的相应岗位进行专业技能实训与工匠精神培养的实践性教学活动,一般由学校教师与企业师傅共同担任实训指导老师,是建立在长期的深层次校企合作基础的一个新型的实践性教学环节。本文依托典型案例,分析了跟岗实训及其对于工匠精神培养的意义及目前存在的主要问题,在此基础上探索提高跟岗实训质量、增强实训效果的策略。

Based on the typical case, this paper analyzes the significance of training with the post and its significance to the spirit of artisans and the main problems that exist at present. Based on this, this paper explores the strategies to improve the quality of training with the post and enhance the effectiveness of training.
