本文以河北平原微灌水肥一体化、微咸水灌溉利用和雨养旱作粮食增产增效技术模式为研究对象,采取二元Logistic模型对农户采用三种技术模式的影响机理进行分析结果表明,户主受教育程度、对技术模式的了解、省肥和减少成本的认知、参加技术培训、需要政府补贴对微灌水肥一体化技术模式的采用呈正向影响;土地细碎化、省工的认知对其采用呈负向影响。户主年龄、经营规模、土地细碎化程度、了解技术模式、省工和减少成本的认知、需要政府补贴对微咸水利用模式的采用起到正向影响;而家庭总收入增加产量的认知对其采用呈负向影响。户主年龄、家庭总收入、农业收入占家庭收入的比重、耕地细碎化程度、对技术的模式的了解、增加产量的认知对雨养旱作技术模式采用起到正向影响。因此,简化高效用水技术操作过程,形成规模经营机制,制定激励和扶持政策,加强高效用水技术宣传力度,适当提高农业用水价格是河北平原小麦玉米复种区域高效用水技术模式推广必须解决的问题。

Therefore, simplifying the operation process of efficient water use technology, forming scale management mechanism, formulating incentive and support policies, strengthening the propaganda of efficient water technology, and appropriately raising agricultural water price are the problems that must be solved in popularizing the technical model of efficient water use in wheat-maize multiple cropping area in Hebei Plain.
