在黑白显象管生产过程中,涂膜是制屏过程中非常重要的工序,它的好坏直接影响着屏的亮度、均匀性和生产任务的正常完成。在我厂长期的生产过程中,膜不匀所占的比例仅次于掉粉。不匀的种类有泪痕状、放射状、竖条状、花斑、膜圈等等,其中膜圈在生产中时常出现,尤其是进入冬季,这种现象更为严重,占焙烧检验的10%,不匀区亮度比正常的低5~10cd/m~2,影响了亮度的均匀性,给生产造成了很大损失,为此我们进行了一系列的探讨实验,找出了产生膜圈的原因,解决了这一长期存在的问题。
