目的对肇庆市某玻璃制品企业进行职业病危害控制效果评价,为玻璃制品行业职业病危害的预防和控制提供依据。方法采用现场职业卫生调查、工程分析、职业病危害因素检测、职业健康检查等方法进行定性与定量的评价。结果该玻璃制品企业需要进行关键控制的职业病危害因素包括粉尘、噪声、高温、一氧化碳、氮氧化物、二氧化硫、硫化氢等。检测结果显示,20.0%的粉尘检测点、26.7%的噪声检测点、50.0%的高温检测点超标,其余职业病危害因素均符合国家职业接触限值。结论该玻璃制品企业职业病危害严重,工人发生矽肺、听力损伤和中暑的风险较高,需采取一系列综合性的控制措施保护工人的健康。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in a glassware enterprise in Zhaoqing City and provide the basis for the prevention and control of occupational hazards in the glassware industry. Methods The methods of field occupational health survey, project analysis, occupational disease hazard test and occupational health examination were used to conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Results The occupational hazards that the glassware company needs to control include dust, noise, high temperature, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide and hydrogen sulfide. The test results showed that 20.0% dust detection points, 26.7% noise detection points and 50.0% high temperature detection points exceeded the standard. The rest occupational disease hazards were in line with the national occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The glass products enterprises have serious occupational hazards. Workers are at high risk of silicosis, hearing loss and heat stroke. A series of comprehensive control measures should be taken to protect workers’ health.
