目的:研究多花黄精多糖的离子液体-微波辅助提取的最佳工艺。方法:以多花黄精多糖含量为指标,使用单因素和正交试验优化多糖提取工艺。结果:离子液体-微波辅助提取多花黄精多糖的最佳工艺为:多花黄精除杂后的粉末加入0.6 mol/L的离子液体、微波功率320 W、提取125 s,提取率为12.79%(n=5)。结论:离子液体-微波辅助提取法提取多花黄精多糖稳定、可行。
Objective: To study the best technology of ionic liquid and microwave-assisted extraction of polygonatum polysaccharides. Methods: The polysaccharide content of Polyporey was used as an index to optimize the polysaccharide extraction process by single factor and orthogonal test. Results: The optimum conditions for the extraction of polysaccharide from Pistacia chinensis with ionic liquid and microwave were as follows: 0.6mol / L ionic liquid was added into the powder of polygonatum, the microwave power was 320 W, the extraction time was 125 s, the extraction rate was 12.79% n = 5). Conclusion: It is feasible and feasible to extract polysaccharides from Pseudostellaria nobilis by ionic liquid - microwave assisted extraction.
