以科学的围产保健质量管理降低孕产妇和围产儿死亡率,提高出生人口素质,是区妇幼保健所的重要工作职责和工作目标。通过总结在履行围产保健质量管理职能中的措施和卢湾区的围产保健质量现状,体会到为最大效能地发挥质量管理促进围产保健水平提高的作用,领导重视、专家参与是基本保证;树立服务理念,融管理于服务中有利于管理的顺利实施;明确重点难点工作,及时制定阶段性工作计划,有的放矢地实施干预,对影响保健和医疗的各个环节的质量实施规范的督导、监控,强化考核评估的整体措施有利于严格执行围产保健工作常规,保障管理目标实现。
