目的:研究骨松康防治骨质疏松的作用。方法:将4月龄大鼠在无菌条件下切除双侧卵巢,假手术组动物切去一小块脂肪组织作正常对照。术后正常饲养1个月后分组给药,骨松康50、100、200mg/kg,阳性药给己烯雌酚0.2 mg/kg及等量蒸馏水,每天一次,连续60天。结果:大鼠在切除卵巢后,其体重增加、肾上腺及子宫明显缩小;其血清钙离子、无机磷水平明显下降,但其血清碱性磷酸酶明显升高;其尿液中羟脯氨酸水平有所增加,对股骨的密质骨面积影响不大,但可显著增加骨髓腔的面积,减少密质骨与骨组织的比值,其股骨头骨小梁的数目明显减少,骨小梁分离度显著增加,与对照组比较有统计学差异。骨松康对去卵巢大鼠体重、肾上腺指数无明显影响;骨松康200mg/kg可增加去势大鼠子宫指数,但其作用强度明显弱于己烯雌酚。骨松康各剂量组对去势大鼠血清钙离子、无机磷水平无明显影响;但骨松康200mg/kg可显著降低去势大鼠血清碱性磷酸酶活性、可显著降低去势大鼠尿液中羟脯氨酸水平、显著增加密质骨面积,并缩小骨髓腔面积,因而增加密质骨/骨组织比值,增加去卵巢大鼠股骨头骨小梁数目,减少骨小梁分离度。结论:骨松康对性激素减少所致的骨质疏松症具有较好的防治作用。

Guisongkang had no significant effect on body weight and adrenal index in ovariectomized rats. Guizangkang 200mg / kg increased the uterine index of ovariectomized rats, but its effect intensity was weaker than that of diethylstilbestrol. Gudangkang dose group had no significant effect on serum calcium and inorganic phosphorus in ovariectomized rats. However, Gudang Kang 200mg / kg could significantly reduce serum alkaline phosphatase activity in ovariectomized rats, The level of hydroxyproline in urine increased significantly the area of cortical bone and decreased the marrow cavity area, thus increasing the density of bone / bone ratio, increasing the number of trabecular bone in femoral skull and decreasing the trabecular separation in ovariectomized rats. Conclusion: Gusong Kang on the reduction of sex hormones caused by osteoporosis has a good preventive effect.
