手动泵使用过程中.由于使用不当或其他原因造成的故障和排除方法如下: (1)若发现上泵体头部冒水,可将上部压紧螺母旋紧,或更换O形密封圈;也可用油浸石棉填入压紧螺母孔中。 (2)使用中,由于操作力较大,泵突然不出水。此时,泵柱塞总成的内、外架有可能损坏,应拆下修复或更换新件,即可正常出水。 (3)对于新打的井,不要将进水管伸至底部,最好离井底1～1.5米。否则,砂砾、石子容易吸进泵腔内,卡住逆止阀而不能出水。如发现这种情况,需拆下泵体,清降杂物,即可正常出水。同时,将进水管截去一小段,防止杂物进入泵腔后影响出水。
