目的 :研究药物缓释物质CMC Na和 β CD对丁哌卡因毒性的影响。方法 :(1) 30只小白鼠被随机分为 3组 ,每组 10只 ,按 0 .0 5ml g剂量 (中毒致死剂量 ) ,将 0 .2 5 %丁哌卡因溶液、0 .2 5 %丁哌卡因CMC Na溶液和 0 .2 5 %丁哌卡因 β CD溶液分别予以 3组小鼠腹腔注射 ,记录各组小鼠腹腔给药后的中毒死亡时间 ;(2 ) 15 0只小白鼠被随机分为 3组 ,每组5 0只 ,根据实验药物的 5个给药剂量 ,3组小鼠再分为 5小组 ,记录各组小鼠实验药物 5个剂量腹腔注射后的死亡情况 ,采用Bliss法计算三种实验药物的LD5 0 值。结果 :0 .2 5 %丁哌卡因溶液、0 .2 5 %丁哌卡因 CMC Na溶液和 0 .2 5丁哌卡因 β CD溶液的死亡时间分别为 (0 .90± 0 .5 3)min、(5 .0 3± 1.6 6 )min和 (5 .83± 1.2 6 )min ;其LD5 0 值分别为 0 .0 16 0ml g、0 .0 197ml g和0 .0 188ml g。结论 :缓释物质CMC Na和 β CD可有效降低丁哌卡因的毒
Objective: To study the effects of CMC Na and β CD on the toxicity of bupivacaine. Methods: (1) Thirty mice were randomly divided into three groups with 10 mice in each group. The mice were randomly divided into 0.55 g dose (lethal dose), 0.25% bupivacaine solution, 3% bupivacaine CMC Na solution and 0.25% buprenorphine β CD solution were intraperitoneally injected into the mice in each group, and the poisoning death time was recorded after intraperitoneal administration. (2) 15 0 The mice were randomly divided into three groups of 50 rats. According to the five doses of the experimental drugs, the three groups of mice were further divided into five groups. Five groups of mice were sacrificed after 5 doses of intraperitoneal injection The Bliss method was used to calculate the LD50 values for the three experimental drugs. Results: The death time of 0.25% bupivacaine solution, 0.25% bupivacaine CMC solution and 0.25% buprenorphine β CD solution were (0.90 ± 0.5 3) min, (5 .0 3 ± 1.6 6) min and (5.83 ± 1.2 6) min, respectively. The LD50 values were 0.0160 ml g, 0.197 ml g and 0.0188 ml g, respectively. CONCLUSION: CMC Na and β CD are effective in reducing bupivacaine toxicity
