目的:对我职工总医院检验科的质量管理问题进行分析研究,并从临床角度提出相应的解决措施。方法:对本医院检验科2014年工作现状进行考察分析,并展开评分,研究本医院检验科质量管理的现状。结果:虽然本医院检验科已经初步建立了质量管理体系,但其中依然存在较多问题,以患者满意度、室间质评(EQA)等方面尤为明显,需要进一步加强服务水平的提升和检验质量的提高。结论:从临床视角看,建立规范医院检验科质量管理体系,有助于全面提高医院检验科工作质量,可以为临床治疗提供必要的医学资料,为提高临床效果奠定坚实基础。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the quality management problems of the laboratory of General Hospital of our workers and put forward corresponding solutions from clinical point of view. Methods: The hospital inspection department in 2014 the status quo investigation and analysis, and start scoring, research hospital quality control of the status quo. Results: Although the quality control system has been initially established in the laboratory of the hospital, there are still many problems, of which the patients’ satisfaction and EQA are more obvious. Therefore, it is necessary to further enhance the service level and quality of testing Improve. Conclusion: From a clinical perspective, the establishment of a standardized quality management system in the laboratory of clinical departments helps to improve the quality of laboratory work in an all-round way. It can provide the necessary medical information for clinical treatment and lay a solid foundation for improving the clinical effect.
