我国公路建设里程和目标总结 从新中国成立之日起.全体交通人就开始为改善我国交通的落后面貌而不停地奋斗。但由于历史的原因.我国的公路建设速度从1 990年才开始加快。交通部从上世纪90年代开始实施了“三主一支持”的战略规划.也就是“公路主骨架”、“水运主通道”、“港站主枢纽”和“支持保障系统”的战略规划。 从表1的数据我们可以清晰地看出1990—2003年的13年间我国共新增公路里程49.73万公里.年均新增里程达到3.83万公里/年,是1960-1990年30年
