我们济南水泥厂是一个年产48万吨的中型立窑水泥企业,几年来,财务部门为适应改革的需要,在如何强化成本管理、以少的资金投入获取更大的经济效益等方面,摸索出了一套较为可行的办法,使我厂的经济效益连年增长。1992年在济南市工业企业评比中,经济效益综合指数名列第二名,1993年又创新成绩,产品销售收入比去年又有所增长。
Our Jinan Cement Plant is a medium-sized shaft kiln cement company with an annual output of 480,000 tons. In the past few years, the financial department explored how to strengthen cost management and obtain greater economic benefits with less capital investment in order to meet the needs of reforms. A set of more feasible methods has been put in place, which has enabled our plant’s economic efficiency to increase year after year. In the evaluation of industrial enterprises in Jinan City in 1992, the comprehensive economic efficiency index ranked second, and in 1993 it achieved new achievements. The sales revenue of products increased again compared to last year.
