传统双辊铸轧机生产铝合金带材效率低下。目前,已经研究出使用两种高速铸轧机——双辊异径铸轧机(UDTRC)和立式高速双辊铸轧机(VHSTRC),并配合无需润滑的低碳钢辊套生产5182铝合金带材,生产速度明显提高,且不粘辊。另外,通过对5182铝带的表面状态、微观结构和抗弯能力的研究发现,VHSTRC优于UDTRC。
The traditional double roll casting mill produces aluminum alloy strip inefficiently. Currently, the use of two high-speed casting mills, the two-roll mill (UDTRC) and the vertical high-speed twin-roll casting mill (VHSTRC), has been studied to produce 5182 aluminum alloy strip with a low- , The production rate increased significantly, and no stick roller.
