托辊是带式输送机最为重要的部件之一,托辊运转的正常与否直接关系到带式输送机的安全运行。运用故障树分析方法,建立了弹簧托辊失效的故障树,并根据模糊数学理论,对弹簧托辊进行了挠性弹簧托辊的模糊故障树分析,给出了不同截集水平下顶事件——弹簧托辊失效发生的概率及置信区间。研究结果表明:运用模糊故障树分析弹簧托辊的失效问题,将有助于提高带式输送机运行的安全性和可靠性,且方法简洁实用。
The roller is one of the most important parts of the belt conveyor. The normal operation of the roller is directly related to the safe operation of the belt conveyor. According to the fuzzy mathematics theory, a fuzzy fault tree analysis of flexible roller was carried out by using fault tree analysis method, and the top events under different cutoff levels were given - Probability and Confidence Interval of Spring Roller Failure. The results show that using fuzzy fault tree to analyze the failure of the spring roller will help to improve the safety and reliability of the belt conveyor. The method is concise and practical.
