一九八五、八六两年,我校试办自费乡村医士班(以下简称“乡医班”),学制两年,文化程度初中以上。两年后由地区卫生局进行结业考试,成绩及格者,由地区卫生局发给结业证书,可回本地个人开业或联办诊所。经过两年试办自费“乡医班”,有下列几点体会:一、举办自费“乡医班”的方向是对的。是卫生系统改革的一个方面,符合我国卫生状况,是形势的需要,是广大农村的迫切愿望。我国有八亿农民,而农村医务工作者只有120万左右,很大一部分农村依然缺医少 In 1985 and 1986, our university piloted a self-financed rural healer class (hereinafter referred to as “township medical class”), with a two-year academic system and a junior high school or above. Two years later, the Regional Health Bureau will conduct the final exam. If the grade passes, a certificate of completion will be issued by the Regional Health Bureau, which can be used by local individuals to open a business or to establish a joint clinic. After two years of trials at their own expense, the “township medical classes” have the following experience: First, it is right to organize self-financing “township medical classes.” It is an aspect of the health system reform that is in line with our country’s health conditions. It is the need of the situation and is the urgent desire of the vast rural areas. There are 800 million peasants in our country, and there are only 1.2 million rural medical workers, and a large part of rural areas still lacks medical services.
