目的 :探讨络通对糖尿病大鼠视网膜的作用及其可能机理。方法 :40只SD大鼠随机分成对照组、链脲佐菌素糖尿病组与络通预防组 ,络通粉末 4g/(kg·d)混入普通饲料给药。1 80d后处死动物 ,取血检测血浆一氧化氮、丙二醛、全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、组织型纤溶酶原激活物、纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物等生化指标及红细胞压积、全血粘度、纤维蛋白原等血液流变学指标 ,并在光镜下进行视网膜消化铺片血管形态学观察及周细胞记数。结果 :糖尿病大鼠存在明显的高凝、高粘现象 ,并出现了周细胞减少、微血管瘤、无细胞毛细血管及影周细胞等特征性糖尿病视网膜病变 ;络通干预后 ,高凝、高粘现象及视网膜病变明显改善。结论 :络通对早期糖尿病大鼠视网膜病变具有良好的保护作用 ,这可能与其能减轻氧自由基损伤 ,增强纤溶活性及改善血流变等有关
Objective: To investigate the effect and its possible mechanism of Nuotong on the retina of diabetic rats. Methods: Forty SD rats were randomly divided into control group, streptozotocin diabetic group and prophylaxis group. After 180 days, the animals were sacrificed and the blood samples were taken for determination of biochemical indexes such as plasma nitric oxide, malondialdehyde, glutathione peroxidase, tissue plasminogen activator and plasminogen activator inhibitor Hematocrit, whole blood viscosity, fibrinogen and other indicators of hemorheology, and under light microscope retina digestion and filming morphological observation of pericytes count. Results: There were obvious hypercoagulability and hyperviscosity in diabetic rats, and there were characteristic diabetic retinopathy such as pericyte, micro-angioma, acellular capillaries and pericytes. After the intervention, the hypercoagulability and hyperviscosity Phenomenon and retinal lesions improved significantly. Conclusion: Lintong has good protective effect on retinopathy of early diabetic rats, which may be related to its ability to reduce oxygen free radical injury, enhance fibrinolytic activity and improve blood rheology
