目的了解青少年学生的早餐现状,为健康教育提供依据。方法采用问卷调查的方法,对重庆某学校大中专502名学生进行调查。结果中专学生每天早餐就餐率为52.2%,大专为65.5%,大中专学生就餐率差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.12,P<0.01)。其中男生就餐率为51.5%,女生为65.8%,男女生就餐率差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.60,P<0.01)。结论青少年学生营养知识匮乏,早餐质量不高。应加强营养教育,强调早餐的重要性,及早采取干预措施,促进学生健康成长。
Objective To understand the current situation of teenage students’ breakfast and provide the basis for health education. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate 502 college students in a school in Chongqing. Results The rate of daily breakfast dining among secondary school students was 52.2% and that of secondary school was 65.5%. There was a significant difference in the eating rate of college students (χ2 = 9.12, P <0.01). Including boys dining rate was 51.5%, girls 65.8%, boys and girls dining rate difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 10.60, P <0.01). Conclusion Adolescent students lack of nutritional knowledge, breakfast quality is not high. Nutrition education should be strengthened, the importance of breakfast should be emphasized, and interventions should be taken as soon as possible so as to promote the healthy growth of students.
