第一条 为了调动广大地质职工的社会主义积极性,提高矿产和地下水勘探工作的质量以及社会、经济效益,及时为国家提交矿产和地下水勘探报告,确保矿山和地下水水源地的建设设计建立在可靠的地质资料的基础上,根据全国矿产储量委员会、国家计划委员会、国家经济委员会颁发的《矿产和地下水勘探报告审批办法》(试行)第四章对勘探报告奖惩的规定,特制订本办法.第二条 凡提交全国矿产储量委员会(以下简称全国储委)和各、自治区、直辖市矿产储量委员会(简称省、区、市储委)审批的矿产和地下水勘探报告,都必须按本办法评定质量等级,实行奖惩.
