中国机械工程学会第五届机械传动学术年会于1992年10月27日至11月1日在上海举行。来自全国各地22个省市自治区的280名代表出席了会议,这是近年来机械传动行业的一次学术盛会。开幕式由中国机械工程学会荣誉理事、机械传动分会副主任委员丁敬华主持。宝山钢铁总厂常务副厂长沈成孝、上海市机械工程学会副秘书长蒋寿伟做了热情洋溢的发言。中国机械工程学会胡传映高工代表总会到会祝贺并就学会工作在新形势下的进一步开展讲了话。机械传动分会主任委员李华敏致开幕词,总干事许洪基代表机械传动分会总结了四年来的工作。冶金部设备研究院副院长王太辰就冶金部及宝钢在齿轮传动国产化方面的工作情况做了介绍。
The 5th Mechanical Transmission Academic Annual Meeting of China Mechanical Engineering Society was held in Shanghai from October 27th to November 1st, 1992. 280 delegates from 22 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions across the country attended the meeting. This is an academic event in the mechanical transmission industry in recent years. The opening ceremony was chaired by Ding Jinghua, Honorary Director of the China Mechanical Engineering Society and Deputy Chairman of the Mechanical Transmission Branch. Shen Chengxiao, executive deputy director of Baoshan Iron and Steel Works, and Jiang Shouwei, deputy secretary-general of the Shanghai Mechanical Engineering Society made a splendid speech. The representative of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society Hu Chuanying Gao Gong attended the meeting and congratulated and spoke on the further development of the Society’s work under the new situation. Li Huamin, Chairman of the Mechanical Transmission Branch, made an opening statement and Director-General Xu Hongji summed up the work of the Mechanical Transmission Subcommittee for four years. Wang Taichen, vice president of the Institute of Equipment Research of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry, gave an introduction on the work of the Ministry of Metallurgy and Baosteel in the localization of gear transmission.
