采用熔融共混法制备了聚乳酸(PLA)与聚己内酯(PCL)共混物。利用TG表征了共混物的热性能,采用DSC、XRD及偏光显微镜综合表征了共混物的结晶性能,通过电子探针观察共混材料的相容性及微观形态,对共混材料的力学性能进行了测试。结果表明:PCL的加入明显提高了材料的热稳定性;PLA与PCL晶区不相容,加入PCL后,共混物晶核体积变小;在PCL用量达到50%左右时,共混材料出现了“海-海”结构,PCL用量改变使材料先后出现“海-岛”和“海-海”相;两者共混在力学性能上达到了很好的互补。
A blend of polylactic acid (PLA) and polycaprolactone (PCL) was prepared by melt blending method. The thermal properties of the blends were characterized by TG. The crystallinity of the blend was characterized by DSC, XRD and polarized light microscopy. The compatibility and microstructure of the blends were observed by electron probe. The mechanical properties of blends Performance was tested. The results showed that the addition of PCL significantly increased the thermal stability of the composites. The incompatibility between PLA and PCL crystal regions was observed. The volume of crystal nucleus decreased with the addition of PCL. When the amount of PCL reached about 50%, the blends appeared The “sea-sea” structure and the change of PCL content make the materials appear one after another in “sea-island” and “sea-sea” phase. The blending of the two achieves a good complementarity in the mechanical properties.
