“学生的数学学习内容应当是现实的、有意义的、富有挑战性的,这些内容要有利于学生主动地进行观察、实验、猜测、验证、推理与交流等数学活动。”“实行人人学有价值的数学,人人都能获得必要的数学”。等等这些都强调了大众数学学习内容的运用价值——能适应未来社会的需要。我们的数学教学除了系统的数学知识的教学外,还应密切联系生活实际,开展有效的数学实践活动。我们知道培养学生的创新精神和实践能力是素质教育的重点,而开展有效的数学实践活动来培养学生创新精神和实践能力则是重要途径。
