目的:为提高鸢尾属植物的繁殖效率。方法:用醋酸洋红法测定了白花马蔺、马蔺、四川鸢尾、薄叶鸢尾和锐果鸢尾5种植物的花粉活力,用联苯胺-过氧化氢法测定其柱头可授性,同时观测了花药颜色变化和柱头颜色变化。结果:①5种植物在开花后4 h花粉活力最高;②白花马蔺、四川鸢尾、薄叶鸢尾和锐果鸢尾在开花后4 h柱头可授性最强,马蔺在开花后2 h柱头可授性最强;③花药颜色能反映花粉有无活力,但不能反映花粉活力的高低;④柱头颜色变化不能完全正确反映柱头可授性的有无和强弱。结论:5种植物最佳授粉时间为12:00-14:00。
Objective: To improve the breeding efficiency of Iris. Methods: The pollen viability of five species of Iris lactea, Iris lauricus, Iris sibiricus, Iris sibiricus and Iris sibirica was determined by the method of magenta acetate. The stigma receptivity was measured by benzidine - hydrogen peroxide method. Anther color change and stigma color change. Results: ① The pollen viability of the 5 species was the highest at 4 h after flowering. ② The stigma receptivity was the highest at 4 h after flowering, and the stigma at 2 h after flowering (3) the anther color can reflect the vitality of pollen, but it can not reflect the level of pollen vitality; (4) the change of stigma color can not exactly reflect the stigma receptivity. Conclusion: The optimal pollination time of five species is 12: 00-14: 00.
