以前的研究证明,矽肺病人血清中铜兰蛋白的含量明显增加。几年前我们发现矽肺大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞水提取物的SDS-PAG电泳图形中B带蛋白含量较正常大鼠的高。本实验对B带蛋白的性质做了进一步研究。结果表明B带蛋白与铜兰蛋白的主要肽段有一致的电泳迁移率和共同的抗原性,用放射免疫法也证明矽肺大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞中铜兰蛋白含量比正常细胞中含量明显增多。用免疫荧光法观察到铜兰蛋白在肺组织中与胶元纤维并存。根据以上结果推论铜兰蛋白与胶元纤维及矽肺病的发生过程有密切关系。
Previous studies have shown that serum ceruloplasmin levels in patients with silicosis increased significantly. A few years ago we found that the protein content of B-band in SDS-PAG electrophoresis of water extract from alveolar macrophages of silicotic rats was higher than that of normal rats. In this experiment, the nature of B-band protein was further studied. The results showed that B-band protein had the same electrophoretic mobility and common antigenicity as the main peptide of CAMP, and the content of CAMP in alveolar macrophages of silicotic rats was also significantly increased by radioimmunoassay . The immunofluorescence method was used to observe the coexistence of ceruloplasmin and collagen fibers in lung tissue. Based on the above results deduced that ceruloplasmin and collagen fibers and the occurrence of silicosis is closely related to the process.
