本文报告用微波(2450MHz)一次加温(44℃,35~40分钟)治疗大鼠移植Walker癌肉瘤256的结果。实验证明,加温组动物生存期较对照组长。加温组27只大鼠中有7只肿瘤完全消退。观察1 1/2~10个月,未见复发。 形态学变化,组织化学及pH值观察表明,加温后癌组织的变性坏死是一个渐进的、复杂的代谢和结构变化过程。加温后早期可见瘤组织内血管壁的Mg~(++)-A-TP酶活性明显降低,pH值显著下降,初级溶酶体增多,线粒体肿胀,嵴断裂或消失,内质网扩张;随若时间延长,出现次级溶酶体增多、核碎裂。电镜和光镜均证实加温对癌细胞有杀伤作用。瘤体坏死以中心为重。
This report reports the treatment of Walker’s Carcinosarcoma 256 in rats by heating once (44°C, 35-40 minutes) in a microwave (2450 MHz). Experiments show that animals in the warming group have longer survival periods than the control group. In the warming group, 7 out of 27 rats completely resolved. Observed for 1 1/2 to 10 months, no recurrence was observed. Morphological changes, histochemistry and pH observations showed that degeneration and necrosis of cancer tissues after warming is a gradual and complex process of metabolic and structural changes. After warming, the Mg ++-A-TP enzyme activity in the vascular wall of the tumor tissue was significantly reduced, pH value was significantly decreased, primary lysosomes increased, mitochondria swollen, ridges ruptured or disappeared, and the endoplasmic reticulum was expanded. As time goes by, there is an increase in secondary lysosomes and nuclear fragmentation. Electron microscopy and light microscopy confirmed that the warming had a killing effect on cancer cells. The necrosis of the tumor centers on the center.
