为适应交通量和交通组成的不断变化,广东省开发了一种新型波形梁护栏,该护栏通过实车碰撞试验验证可以达到JTG B05-01-2013《公路护栏安全性能评价标准》A级(160k J)防护等级的要求。本文通过对比新型波形梁护栏的计算机仿真模拟试验结果和实车碰撞试验结果,分析护栏-车辆有限元模型的可靠性;根据护栏评价标准中的等级划分要求,明确验证护栏极限防护能力的方法;分别就10t客车和10t货车按照不同的碰撞速度对新型波形梁护栏进行计算机仿真模拟碰撞,分析仿真模拟结果并获取护栏防护性能极限,进一步分析护栏的结构优化空间和使用要求。
In order to meet the constant changes of traffic volume and traffic composition, a new type of corrugated beam fence was developed in Guangdong Province. The fence was verified by real-vehicle crash test to meet Grade A of JTG B05-01-2013 “Safety Evaluation Criteria for Highway Fence” (160k J) Degree of protection requirements. In this paper, the reliability of the fence-vehicle finite element model is analyzed by comparing the computer simulation results of the new type of wave beam fence and the actual vehicle crash test results; the method of verifying the limit protection capability of the fence is clearly defined according to the classification requirements of the fence rating criteria; The collision of 10t passenger car and 10t truck at different collision velocities were respectively simulated by a computer simulation of the new type of guardrail beam guardrail. The simulation simulation results were analyzed and the protective performance limit of the guardrail was obtained. The structure optimization space and service requirements of the guardrail were further analyzed.
