通过对新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的重症护理工作实践,总结出援鄂一线重症护理人员的感染预防及自我防护的有效措施.提出:加强管理,做好消毒防护工作;提高防护意识,做好防护工作;

通过对新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的重症护理工作实践,总结出援鄂一线重症护理人员的感染预防及自我防护的有效措施.提出:加强管理,做好消毒防护工作;提高防护意识,做好防护工作;选择合适的防护用品;克服因穿防护用品引起的不适;合理安排班次;选择不同的沟通方式,提高操作技术;加强患者的宣教,取得患者的配合;工作中使用激励技巧;科学调节饮食,保证充足睡眠;保持良好心态,增强自身抵抗力;搭建了心理咨询平台,必要时寻求专业的心理疏导.通过以上措施,能够有效应对此次突发疫情,有效预防医务人员感染.
