要提高我国整个中学以至大学英语教学水平的基础与关键,就在于提高非重点中学的英语教学质量。那么当前非重点中学进行英语教学和提高教学质量的主要障碍是什么?笔者认为除了师资本身质量之外,最主要的是师生心理状态问题。师生两方面都片面理解了智力因素的条件问题:教者认为英语难教,学者认为英语难学。要进行教改,提高教学质量,就必须改变这种不敢有所作为的消极、被动的心理状态。同时要根据学生学习的心理过程和心理特点来设计、组织教学,笔者在这方面有一些体会与同仁分享。
To improve the entire secondary school in our country and college English teaching level of the foundation and the key is to improve non-key middle school English teaching quality. So what are the major obstacles to English teaching and improving the quality of teaching in non-key middle schools? The author thinks that the most important thing is the mental state of teachers and students besides the quality of teachers. Both teachers and students understand the condition of intellectual factors one-sidedly: the author thinks that English is hard to teach and scholars think that English is hard to learn. To carry out education reform and improve the quality of teaching, we must change the passive and passive psychology that we are afraid to make a difference. At the same time according to the psychological process of students to learn and psychological characteristics to design, organize teaching, I have some experience in this area and colleagues to share.
