新疆维吾尔自治区土壤肥料工作站于6月份发布关于取消“省级权限内肥料登记”的通知。根据通知,新疆将在全疆范围内取消有机肥料、有机-无机复混肥料、复混(合)肥料等登记审批,硝基类肥料继续实行登记审批。属农业部登记范围内的肥料产品,按原规定执行,经自治区农业厅(土肥站)初审后,由企业向农业部申请登记。据了解,该政策是继河北省首个取消省级肥料登记之后的第二个省份。据河北省发布的公告,取消和下放行政监管事项是为了加快转变政府职能、简政放权,与国务院相关调整进行衔接。

According to the announcement issued by Hebei Province, the matters concerning the cancellation and decentralization of administrative supervision are intended to speed up the transformation of government functions, streamline administration and decentralization, and coordinate with the relevant adjustments made by the State Council.
