装运系统是影响露天煤矿作业效率的重要因素,大多使用排队模型作为分析基础,假设装运时间服从负指数分布的方法来求解。这里发现,传统的负指数分布方法只将随机变量均值做了约束,忽视了服务时间的方差,导致了其他分布情况利用该方法求解后出现很大的结果偏差。文中将对分析过程和结果详细阐述,希望对装运系统优化起到一定的借鉴作用。
The shipping system is an important factor that affects the efficiency of open-pit coal mines. Most of them use the queuing model as the basis for analysis and assume that the shipping time obeys the negative exponential distribution. Here we find that the traditional negative exponential distribution method only constrains the mean value of random variables and neglects the variance of service time, which leads to great deviation of results when other distributions are solved by this method. The article will elaborate on the analysis process and results, hoping to optimize the shipping system play a role in reference.
