2016年11月4日,国家网信办发布《互联网直播服务管理规定》,2016年12月2日,文化部发布《网络表演经营活动管理办法》,这两个规章实际上是把我国互联网络表演和电视等其他领域的表演统一起来,建立统一的表演法规制度体系。按照我国行政法规的规定,从事表演必须取得市场准入资格,必须经过文化主管部门批准。有关部门过去对互联网络表演没有作出硬性规定,目的是为了促进互联网络行业健康发展。
On November 4, 2016, the State Internet Information Office issued the “Regulations on the Management of Internet Broadcasting Services”. On December 2, 2016, the Ministry of Culture promulgated the Measures for the Administration of Network Performance Management Activities. These two regulations are in fact the links between China’s Internet Performances and other areas of television performances unified, establish a unified system of performing laws and regulations. In accordance with the provisions of our administrative regulations, engaged in performance must obtain market access qualification, must be approved by the competent cultural departments. In the past, relevant departments did not impose any rigid rules on the performance of the Internet, in order to promote the healthy development of the Internet industry.
