中国是潜力最大的汽车市场,跨国企业已纷纷看好中国市场。然而在中国汽车工业漫长的幼稚期内,政府不得不对该产业采取了长期严格的关税和非关税保护,因此,采取投资方式将产品打入中国市场成为国外汽车业普遍选择的战略。中国入世在即,适时地研究欧美日汽车强国在中国的跨国竞争战略,对我国利用和引导外资,掌握和吸收技术,搞好我国汽车产业建设有现实意义。本文对德、美、日国家在中国的跨国战略进行了研究,并初步探索了中国的应对策略。
China is the largest potential automobile market, and multinational corporations have been optimistic about the Chinese market. However, during the long period of childishness in China’s auto industry, the government has to adopt stringent tariff and non-tariff protection over the industry for a long time. Therefore, adopting the investment method to enter the Chinese market has become a popular choice for the automobile industry in the world. China’s accession to WTO is just around the corner and studying the transnational competitive strategy of the automobile powers in Europe, the United States and Japan in a timely manner is of practical significance for our country to utilize and guide foreign investment, master and absorb technology, and improve the construction of China’s automobile industry. This paper studies the transnational strategies of China, Germany, Japan and Japan in China and tentatively explores China’s countermeasures.
