机器人辅助下根治性前列腺切除(RALP)目前在欧美国家已广泛开展,随着国内机器人手术的不断普及,RALP的手术例数不断增加,在部分大型医疗中心已经成为前列腺癌根治的首选术式。RALP常规分为经腹途径和腹膜外途径2种,随着技术的不断进步和对局部解剖认识的不断加深,进一步发展了不同入路的手术类型并逐渐见诸报道。本文就RALP的各种手术入路的选择及开展状况进行综述。
Robot-assisted radical prostatectomy (RALP) has been widely carried out in Europe and the United States. With the continuous popularization of robotic surgery in China, the number of RALP cases has been increasing. In some large medical centers, RALP has become the first choice for radical prostatectomy. RALP routinely divided into two kinds of transabdominal and extraperitoneal routes, with the continuous improvement of technology and understanding of the deepening of the local anatomy, to further develop the different types of surgery and gradually see the various reports. This article summarizes the selection and development of various surgical approaches for RALP.
