我国正致力于发展社会主义市场经济,中国经济与世界经济的联系日益加深,并成为世界经济格局中一支越来越重要的力量。同时,随着我国对外开放的深入,不仅大量的国外商品和资本进入中国市场,也有越来越多的国外品牌涌入中国市场,与中国的品牌尤其是名牌展开了一场空前的竞争。在这场激烈的“品牌争战”中,我国不少品牌,其中不乏历史悠久,市场广阔的名牌被国外名牌取代、消灭了,这种现象几乎遍及各行各业,应当引起我们的重视。可以说,国际上的一些大公司为了其在中国的永久利益,正有计划有目标的取代中国的名牌。对此,我们应保持清醒认识。
