根据 RRM RNA结合蛋白基因家族共有保守序列设计特异引物 ,对水稻野败型细胞质雄性不育系、保持系、恢复系及 F1杂种单核期花药进行差异展示分析。不同材料间具有稳定表达的组成型RRM RNA结合蛋白基因 ,同时具有丰富的差异表达的具调控功能的 RRM RNA结合蛋白基因。不同材料间差异表达的 RRM RNA结合蛋白基因类型分析说明 RRM RNA结合蛋白基因家族参与了细胞质雄性不育系统的核质互作。F1杂种中特异表达差异片段可能与育性恢复或杂种优势有关
Specific primers were designed according to the conserved sequence of the RRM RNA binding protein gene family, and differential display analysis was performed on the wild-type CMS, maintainer line, restorer line and F1 hybrid monascus anther in rice. The constitutive RRM RNA binding protein genes expressed stably among different materials also have a rich and differentially expressed RRM RNA binding protein gene. Analysis of RRM RNA binding protein genotypes that differentially expressed between different materials indicated that the RRM RNA binding protein gene family is involved in the nuclear-cytoplasmic interaction of the cytoplasmic male sterility system. Differentially expressed fragments in F1 hybrids may be related to fertility restoration or heterosis
