介绍了一种可在无外界能源条件下实现应急切割的新型弹药,这对于战场和抢险救灾如地震、雪灾的应急切割具有较大意义。本文通过实验对该新型弹药(切割弹)的装药内径进行分析,研究了其对切割弹弹内压力变化和切割效果的影响。实验表明,在装药外径和长度固定的条件下,切割弹的燃烧时间在装药内径d=6 mm时取得最大值,同时切割效果较好;d越小,弹内平均压强峰值和喷嘴出口流速越大,易将喷嘴喷出,造成安全危险。
This paper introduces a new kind of ammunition which can realize emergency cutting under the condition of no outside energy, which is of great significance to the battlefield and the emergency cutting of disaster relief such as earthquakes and snowstorms. In this paper, the charge of the new type of ammunition (cutting projectile) is analyzed experimentally to study its influence on the pressure variation and cutting effect of the cutting projectile. Experiments show that under the conditions of charge diameter and length fixed, the burning time of the cutting projectile reaches the maximum when the inner diameter d = 6 mm, and the cutting effect is better. The smaller the d is, the average pressure peak inside the projectile and the nozzle The greater the outlet flow rate, the nozzle is easy to spray, posing a safety hazard.
