岭南师范学院烹饪专业与企业采用校企合作人才培养模式来提高毕业生的专业操作技能水平和实践与理论的结合度。毕业生对校企合作的体验良好,但是留在合作酒店的比例却很低。通过从酒店、学校和学生三个方面分析校企合作人才培养模式存在的问题,并提出解决问题的措施和建议。“,”Cooking and Nutrition Education of Lingnan normal university make the students, professional operation skillsrnand practice fit for the theory by personnel training model in college-enterprise cooperation.Students are satisfied with personnelrntraining model of college-enterprise cooperation,but the proportion of graduates to stay in hotel is very low .
