牡丹江市物资再生利用公司组建于1976年5月,担负着牡丹江市废金属回收、加工、供应和所辖六县一(市)的行业管理。公司内设六个行政管理科室,下设七个独立核算经营部门。企业升级工作是1989年开始的。在升级过程中,经历了立标规划,对标找差距,达标上水平,保标定措施几个阶段,坚持边整边改,使企业的管理水平和职工队伍素质得到明显提高。一、深化内部改革,增强企业活力
Mudanjiang City Material Recycling and Utilization Company was established in May 1976 and is responsible for the recycling, processing and supply of scrap metals in Mudanjiang City and the industry management of one county (city) under its jurisdiction.
