应用免疫组化法对83例正常乳腺、乳腺非典型增生和乳腺癌组织的p53基因蛋白进行检测。正常乳腺组织无p53基因蛋白表达,单纯乳腺上皮增生、轻度非典型增生、中重度非典型增生和乳腺癌的阳性表达率分别是5.88%(1/17),16.67%(3/18),33.33%(6/18)和40%(10/25)。增生与癌变之间有显著性差异(P<0.05),结果表明乳腺癌癌前病变中有p53基因蛋白表达。免疫组化检测乳腺非典型增生组织中的p53蛋白对评估癌前病变的恶性倾向有重要意义。
Immunohistochemical method was used to detect p53 gene protein in 83 cases of normal breast, breast atypical hyperplasia and breast cancer. Normal breast tissue had no p53 gene protein expression, and the positive expression rates of breast hyperplasia, mild dysplasia, moderate-severe atypical hyperplasia, and breast cancer were 5.88% (1/17) and 16.67% (3). /18), 33.33% (6/18) and 40% (10/25). There was a significant difference between hyperplasia and cancer (P<0.05). The results showed that there was p53 gene protein expression in breast cancer precancerous lesions. Immunohistochemical detection of p53 protein in atypical hyperplasia of mammary gland is of great significance in assessing the malignant tendency of precancerous lesions.
