目的评价Wincc监控系统对生物安全三级实验室(BSL-3)的硬件管理效能。方法对浙江省疾病预防控制中心BSL-3实验室的运行状况,从其运行原理、Wincc监控系统的使用、维护、常见故障及对策进行分析。结果 BSL-3实验室的运行原理在Wincc监控系统实现了一键启停的智能化模块化管理,常见的机电故障有4种,压力异常故障有7种,其他报警异常有4种,均有相应处理方法,系统的6大组件维护按期按需进行可保证系统的正常运行。结论该系统运行稳定可靠,满足BSL-3实验室的使用要求。
Objective To evaluate the hardware management effectiveness of Wincc monitoring system on the biosafety level three laboratory (BSL-3). Methods The operation status of BSL-3 laboratory in Zhejiang Center for Disease Control and Prevention was analyzed from its operation principle, use, maintenance, common faults and countermeasures of Wincc monitoring system. Results Operating principle of BSL-3 laboratory In Wincc monitoring system to achieve a key start and stop of intelligent modular management, common mechanical and electrical failures are four kinds of abnormal pressure failure, there are seven kinds of other alarm abnormalities are four, both have Corresponding treatment methods, the system’s six major components on schedule to maintain the system can be required to ensure the normal operation. Conclusion The system is stable and reliable to meet the requirements of BSL-3 laboratory.
