高频振动压实技术能够同沥青混合料的材料特性及温度特性相适应,因而有利于提高路面压实的生产率与平整度,改善薄层路面及桥面铺装的压实效果。研究表明,高频双钢轮振动压路机在起步起振和停振停车阶段会产生较大的惯性负荷,为了降低液压系统与发动机的配置,采用柔性启停技术可使整机总的功率得到控制,较之前采用的节流孔技术,最大功率消耗可降低15%,且压实后的路面平整度良好。在柔性启动与柔性停车电控平台的基础上,可进一步实现智能风扇、恒速控制及自动怠速等绿色、智能控制技术的应用,提升整机的综合性能。
