对2011年3月到2016年6月期间在我科就诊的糖尿病患者实施优质护理服务,对其中2015年的80名患者进行问卷调查、电话随访等,分析我科实施优质护理以来,患者对护理工作的满意度,并探讨优质护理服务的不断改进措施。结果:实施优质护理服务以后,患者对护理工作、护士的服务态度、健康知识宣教等的满意度均比实施优质护理之前有大幅度提高,达95%以上。结论:实施优质护理,提高医院的诊治质量。
From March 2011 to June 2016, we conducted quality nursing services for diabetic patients in our department, conducted a survey on 80 patients in 2015, followed up by telephone and so on. After analyzing the quality of care in our department, Job satisfaction, and to explore continuous improvement of quality care services. Results: After the implementation of quality nursing service, patients ’satisfaction with nursing work, nurses’ service attitude, health knowledge and education was significantly higher than before the implementation of quality care, reaching more than 95%. Conclusion: The implementation of quality nursing, improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment of hospitals.
