目的:探讨乳腺癌患者血清和癌组织中甘氨酸(Gly)和丙氨酸(Ala)含量变化检测对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法:高效液相色谱检测117例乳腺癌、10例复发乳腺癌、20例乳腺良性肿瘤和31例正常对照组血清及组织中Gly、Ala含量。结果:原发、复发乳腺癌血清(F=20.635)和组织(F=161.011)中Ala含量均低于良性肿瘤组和正常对照组,P=0.000;原发、复发乳腺癌血清(F=150.986)和组织(F=141.398)中Gly含量均低于良性肿瘤组和正常对照组,P=0.000;复发乳腺癌组血清Ala、Gly含量低于原发乳腺癌,P值均<0.05;复发乳腺癌组织Ala、Gly含量高于原发乳腺癌,P值均<0.05;良性肿瘤组和正常对照组血清和组织Ala、Gly含量间差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。原发乳腺癌血清Ala和Gly水平含量随肿瘤的临床病理分期(F值分别为32.863、24.621,P值均为0.000)、肿瘤组织分化程度(F值分别为5.511、23.602,P值均为0.000)、肿瘤的大小(F值分别为51.163、10.403,P值均为0.000)和淋巴结的转移情况(t值分别为-4.025、-5.054,P值均为0.000)不同而发生特征性变化。结论:血清Ala和Gly能较准确反映乳腺癌的生物学特性,是乳腺癌复发、转移的早期诊断及预后评估的重要指标。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of detecting the changes of glycine (Ala) and glycine (Ala) in serum and cancerous tissues of breast cancer patients for the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods: The contents of Gly and Ala in serum and tissues of 117 cases of breast cancer, 10 cases of recurrent breast cancer, 20 cases of benign breast tumors and 31 cases of normal controls were detected by HPLC. Serum Ala and Gly levels in patients with recurrent breast cancer were lower than those in primary breast cancer (P <0.05) The contents of Ala and Gly in cancer tissue were higher than those in primary breast cancer (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between Ala and Gly in serum and tissue between benign tumor group and normal control group (P> 0.05). Serum levels of Ala and Gly in primary breast cancer correlated with clinicopathologic stage (F value, 32.863 and 24.621, respectively, P value was 0.000), tumor differentiation (F value, 5.511,23.602, P = 0.000 ), Tumor size (F values were 51.163,10.403, P values were 0.000) and lymph node metastasis (t values were -4.025, -5.054, P values were 0.000), and the occurrence of characteristic changes. Conclusion: Serum Ala and Gly can accurately reflect the biological characteristics of breast cancer, is an important indicator of early diagnosis and prognosis of breast cancer recurrence and metastasis.
