本文报告70例原发性高血压(EH)患者血浆TXA_2和PGI_2的稳定代谢产物TXB-2和6-Keto—PGF_1α的浓度及其比值的变化以及与肾素—血管紧张素—醛固酮系统(R-A-AS)的活性和EH分期的关系。结果表明:EH患者血浆TXB-2、6-Keto-PGF_1α均显著高于健康人;Ⅲ期和Ⅱ期患者血浆TXB_2显著高于Ⅰ期患者;血浆TXB_2/6-Keto-PGF_1α比值则无显著差异。此外,R-A-AS、TXB-2、6-Keto-PGF_1α互相间无明显的相关关系。
This article reports the changes in the concentrations and ratios of TXB-2 and 6-Keto-PGF_1α, a stable metabolite of TXA_2 and PGI_2, in 70 patients with essential hypertension (EH) and their association with renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system -AS) activity and EH staging relationship. The results showed that the plasma levels of TXB-2,6-Keto-PGF_1α in patients with EH were significantly higher than those in healthy people. The plasma levels of TXB_2 in patients with stage Ⅲ and Ⅱ were significantly higher than those in patients with stage Ⅰ, while the plasma levels of TXB_2 / 6-Keto-PGF_1α were not significantly different . In addition, R-A-AS, TXB-2,6-Keto-PGF_1α had no significant correlation with each other.
