[目的]利用CT模拟定位系统分析鼻咽癌放疗中射野中心的误差。[方法]10例行放射治疗的鼻咽癌患者,所有患者均使用头颈面罩固定,第一周和第六周放疗前在CT模拟定位机上进行射野中心复位标定,并行射野中心层面及上下各两层断层扫描,比较治疗计划中射野中心与利用CT模拟定位机标定射野中心复位时实际射野中心的误差,并比较第一周放疗前和第六周放疗前误差的差异。[结果]第一周放疗前左右、前后、头脚方向的平均误差为0.72±0.7mm、0.31±0.46mm、1.25±1.26mm;第六周放疗前左右、前后、头脚方向的平均误差为1.49±0.48mm、1.11±0.58mm、1.75±0.52mm。第一周放疗前与第六周放疗前各方向的误差比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。[结论]利用CT模拟定位系统能够较准确分析鼻咽癌放疗中射野中心的误差。
[Objective] To analyze the error of radiotherapy center of nasopharyngeal carcinoma by CT simulation positioning system. [Method] Ten patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiation therapy were treated with head and neck mask fixation. The first week and the sixth week of radiotherapy were performed on the CT simulator to calibrate the center of the radiotherapy center. Each two-slice tomography was used to compare the error between the center of the radiotherapy center and the center of the actual radiotherapy center when calibrating the radiotherapy center with the CT simulation positioning machine and compare the difference between before radiotherapy and the sixth week before radiotherapy. [Results] The average errors in the first week before and after radiotherapy were 0.72 ± 0.7mm, 0.31 ± 0.46mm and 1.25 ± 1.26mm respectively. The average errors in the direction of head and foot before and after the sixth week were 1.49 ± 0.48mm, 1.11 ± 0.58mm, 1.75 ± 0.52mm. There was a significant difference in the errors in the first week before radiotherapy and the sixth week before radiotherapy (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The error of radiotherapy center in radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma can be accurately analyzed using CT simulation system.
