2015年是天津市河西区创建国家公共文化服务体系示范区的验收年,河西区区委、区政府充分满足人民群众精神文化需求,加强公共文化设施网络建设,打造“区——街道——社区”三级公共文化服务网络,以区级文化资源作为主体,街道社区文化阵地为基础,驻区文化单位为补充,向社会提供全面的公共文化产品服务,为全区居民参与文化活动提供保障、创造条件,实现基本公共文化服务的标准化、均等化。在这样的环境下,组织开展群众文化活动并广泛参与文化活动建设,开展文化惠民服务活动,使文化发挥引领社会、服务群众、推动发展的重要作用是河西区文化馆应履行的工作职责。

Under such circumstances, organizing the activities of mass cultural activities and extensively participating in the construction of cultural activities and carrying out cultural and humane services so that the culture can play its leading role in leading the society, serving the masses and promoting development are the responsibilities that the cultural centers in Hexi District should perform.
