21年,倾情投入、孜孜以求,在农村中学体育教学的沃土上辛勤挥洒着青春的热血和汗水。有志者,桃李不言、下自成蹊,于不事张扬默默耕耘中演绎着别样的精彩和绚丽。六年,虚心求教,潜心研究,逐步提高区域教研工作的规范性和实效性,区域教研工作从加速跑状态进入了途中跑状态。由一名“菜鸟”教研员逐渐成长为一名称职教研员,朝着“带好一支队伍、建好一门学科”的目标勇攀教研工作的巅峰。“没有最好,只有更好”是我励志进取的座右铭。不满是向上的车轮,回首栉风沐雨的教育之旅,其心拳拳,我以不辞辛劳的实干构建自己精神的家园,诠释了“无悔与追求”的深刻内涵。
In the past 21 years, she has devoted her passion to sweat and persevere in the fertile soil of rural middle school sports teaching.
