通过采用Cobb－Douglas生产函数和Solow余值法对我国地区建材工业经济增长效率进行分析研究，确定了地区建材工业劳动和资本的产出弹性及全要素生产率和贡献率，通过对比说明地区建材工业增长效率问题。
